Acceptable Use

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy describes general expectations for responsible use of applicable Talent Bridge BD (TBBD) digital services.

Acceptable Use

Users should use TBBD services lawfully, responsibly, securely, and in accordance with applicable policies, agreements, and organizational requirements.

Prohibited Activities

Users should not use TBBD services to conduct unlawful activities, interfere with service availability, attempt unauthorized access, misuse credentials, distribute malicious content, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the services.

Security

Users are expected to protect credentials and access information and promptly report suspected unauthorized access or security concerns through appropriate channels.

AI-Enabled Services

AI-enabled services should be used with appropriate human oversight. Users should not rely on AI-generated outputs as a substitute for professional, legal, medical, financial, employment, or other specialized advice where independent review is appropriate.

Enforcement

TBBD may take appropriate action where misuse creates security, operational, legal, or compliance risks.

Updates

This policy may be updated as TBBD services, technology, security practices, and applicable requirements evolve.
